2, Work Principle:
The machine consists of rotating-drum,main shaft device,unloading device,the machine frame including anti-vibration system,drive device,clothing and washing device,safety device and electronic automatic control device.Compared with the common centrifugal machine (unloading at lower part),a test device for materials to be separated and another test device for abnormal vibration have been added.The motor drives the drum through the drive device,making the drum rotate around the center of the main shaft to become a field of centrifugal force,The suspended liquids to be separated get into the drum from the loading tube at the top.The liquids on the cldthing plate in the drum move towards to the drum wall under the effect of the centrifugal force,and the liquid phrase passes the filter nets and filter holes in the drum wall to be thrown into the space in the machine,gathering in the bottom plate.In the end,the liquid phrase comes out from the unload tube;while the solid phrase remains in the filter cloth.The wash can be made by water in the washing tube if necessary.After dewatering,the rotating-drum rotates in low speed,the scrapers automatically turn into postion to scrape down the filtered materials from the top to the bottom and get out from the unload mouth at the lower part of the drum.

The machine shelf consists of the shell,bottom plate and anti-vibration device so that the rotating-drum,the main shaft device and the drive device canbe fixed.There are four specially designed anti-vibration devices in the lower part of the machine.These devices make the machine work smooth on plain ground or floor,without any fixing screws or bases.
