Brief Introduction to Structure

Zhangjiagang Municipal Light Industry Equipment Plant.files/de.gif" height=25>MY series closed & pressurized crystal filter washing drying integrated machine mainly consits of such major components as drive unit,lifting unit,washing unit,scraper mechanism,cylinder assembly,pneumatic system,filter disc,stander,as well as relative pipelines and detecting & controlling instruments.

The drive unit mainly consists of motor,decelerator,drive axle,bearing seat,lubrication system,sealing,etc.The motor and the decelerator enable the drive axle and the scraper on the axle to rotate forward and reverse.Through the forward rotation and reverse rotation of the scraper mechanism,the filter cake can be removed and any cracks which may cause pressure leakage on the filter cake can be eliminated.The forward and reverse rotations can also have the function of blending & mixing in the case of the material which needs starching and washing.The sealing ensures that no leakage occurs between the cylinder body and the drive axle and

2, Lifting Unit:
The lifting unit mainly consists of the air cylinder and the guiding mechanism and is an executive mechanism ensuring the upward and downward motions of the scraper.The exactness and reliability of the position of the lifting unit is vital and accordingly,during the installation,debugging,operation and maintenance,it is necessary to carefully adjust the position of the over-travel-limit switch so that the correct & accurate operation of the lifting unit can be ensured to avoid any filter disc damage or other serious consequence caused by the scraper owing to the position error.

3, Washing Unit:
The washing unit enables the washing of the inside of the cylinder body and the washing of the filter cake.The washing liquid enters through the washing pipe inlet and via several washing nozzles repeatedly,thoroughly,continuously and uniformly wash the inside of the cylinder and the filter cake.

4, Upper Cylinder Body:
The upper cylinder body consists of cylinder,seal end assembly and flange.

5, Scraper Mechanism:
The scraper mechanism has three functions:(1)material discharging:When the fitration is finished,filter cake is formed on the filter disc.The scraper mechanism is lowered and rotates,scraping up the filter cake and driving it to the discharging valve position and then discharge it our of the machine;(2)flattening:When any crack occurs on the filter cake,the scraper mechanism reverse to flatten the crack and thus to avoid pressure leakage and to ensure the normal operation of filtration;(3)blending & mixing:For the material which needs re-starching filtration,the scraper mechanism has the function of blending & mixing to accelerate the replacement between the washing solution and the parent solution and thus optimizing washing effect.

6, Discharge Valve:
Discharge valves fall into automatic discharge valve and manual discharge

7, Filter Disc:
The filter disc is composed of sintered multi-layer metal nets,and can be divided into to types:whole installation type and separate installation type.The filter disc of the whole installation type is a whole body,while the filter disc of the separate installation type is divided into several pieces,each small filter piece is installed separately.The filter precision and material can be determined in accordance with the actual needs.The filter disc enjoys good rigidity and filtering accuracy and can be washed repeatedly and used for

8, Lower Cylinder Body:
The lower cylinder body is the carrier for installing filter disc and is composed of flange,cylinder body,sealing end,discharge valve,liquid outlet,mobile supporting rack,etc.The lower cylinder body can,under the action of the air cylinder,be automatically lifted to the ground and,by means of the mobile supporting rack,move fast and conveniently,which facilitates the thorough cleaning of the filter disc.

9, Stander:
The stander is the support of the whole machine.

10, Automatic Control System:
Fully automatic control is realized on this machine,with centralized control by PLC or computer,with monitoring feedback by means of pressure controller,temperature controller,over-travel-limit switch,approach switch and material level detector.
